The school is situated in the village of Whiteshill on the outskirts of Stroud.  Whiteshill School is an L.E.A. co-educational day school for children aged between 4 and 11 years.  It draws children predominantly from Whiteshill and the nearby village of Ruscombe, but others also come from Stroud and other areas.
